Exploring the 8 Limbs of Yoga
at Laughing River Yoga
8-11am, M-F Aug. 3-7, 2026

This weeklong intensive will explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga as presented in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, a seminal text of the Yoga tradition. Each day will center on one or several limbs, explored through group practice, discussion, and experiential activities. The sessions will progress so that the limbs become integrated rather than viewed as distinct parts.

Embodied Asana: a Journey Through the Koshas

Yoga is a rich and vast system that touches into all aspects of our being. The koshas provide a map for stepping into wholeness and integrating yoga's many tools, teachings, and practices. 

This self-paced online course connects the framework of the koshas with yoga āsana (postures, the physical practices of yoga) to support a yoga practice that is embodied from the inside-out.

Each module blends lecture, experiential learning, awareness exercises, meditation practice, longform yoga asana practices, optional homework assignments, and guidelines for integrating the content into daily practice.

A collection of yoga, movement, and meditation classes to nourish your pregnancy journey (or gift to the pregnant person in your life). Practices range from active and strong to gentle and soft to support the vast experience of pregnancy and parenthood.
